Q: How long will it take to receive my products?

A: All products are dispatched within 1-3 business days from when your order is placed. Depending on your shipping method, delivery times may vary.

Q: How can I track my order?

A: Your tracking information will be included in the shipping confirmation email sent to you after your order has been shipped.

A: If your order is marked as delivered and you have not received your products, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

A: Yes, you have 30 minutes from the moment you place your order to make any changes. Orders cannot be changed after 30 minutes, as they have already been processed.

Q: How are your rattles made?

A: Our rattles are 100% handcrafted from sustainable and eco-friendly materials.

 

Q: What materials are your rattles/teethers made from?

A:  Our rattles are made with 100% cotton and polyester filling, along with a beech wood ring. Our teethers are free of harmful chemicals like phthalates, BPA, and PVC, and are in compliance with U.S. toy standards.

 

Q: How do I wash my rattle?

A:  It is highly recommended that you hand wash your rattles in order to extend their life and durability. Use mild soap to hand-wash the fabric portion of the teether in cold water. Wipe the ring with a damp cloth and allow it to air dry. 

  

Q: How are your products packaged?

A: We inspect and package all rattles before shipping them in our Los Angeles shop. Your products will be delivered in a box with some great surprises!
