Elena the Elk - Gift Set

I would've appreciated follow-up from customer service concerning my order. I understand it clearly stated it was out of stock when I ordered. But after about 6 weeks and no word/updates from you on the status, I had to reach out and find out if the order was still being processed & if so, what was the estimated timeframe for delivery. I was able to reach customer service fairly easily and they did give me an estimate of another couple weeks but if I had been planning on this as my primary baby shower gift it wouldn't have arrived in time even though I had ordered it 2.5 months in advance. So if possible, please just keep you paid customers better informed. Thank you! I do love the set and am considering ordering a different gift for my other grandchild due to arrive in July but better communication would be appreciated.
